Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Returned within 20 days

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at support@fomokart.in with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Product photos (if damaged)


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 2 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 1 day with photos for resolution.


7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are:

  • Covered by us for damaged/defective products

  • Paid by the customer for other returns (unless stated otherwise)
